Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to conduct intra-party polls as per Election Commission order

PTI's core committee approves intra-party elections within the time frame given by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). The ECP ruled that PTI's previous intra-party polls were not transparent and ordered the party to hold new elections if it wants to retain its symbol. The commission directed PTI to hold fresh elections within 20 days and submit the record within seven days. PTI's core committee also discussed the country's political climate, organisational activities.
