Indian-American Usha Reddi seeks re-election in Kansas Senate

Indian-American Senator Usha Reddi from the 22nd district of Kansas state has submitted her candidacy for another term in the state legislature. Reddi, a Democrat, announced her candidacy on her social media platform X. Her focus will be on addressing health care, mental health, public education, safety, equity, jobs, security, economic growth, infrastructure, housing, and childcare. Reddi previously served a ten-year term on the Manhattan City Commission and worked closely with local bodies including Kansas State University. She has two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Kansas State University.
