Nine killed in Mexico stage collapse at campaign event

Nine people lost their lives, and dozens more suffered injuries when a stage crumbled during a political rally in Mexico on Wednesday. The incident occurred as strong winds ripped through the sizeable, concert-like setup, causing chaos among the politicians and attendees present. Governor Samuel Garcia of the northern Mexican state of Nuevo Leon informed at least 63 individuals sustained injuries.
