'Something was catastrophically wrong': Alaska Airlines pilot recalls moments when plane's door blew out

An Alaska Airlines pilot managed to land a Boeing 737 Max 9 safely after a door panel blew out mid-flight. The emergency happened shortly after takeoff from Portland, necessitating an urgent return to the airport. Although there were no fatalities, three passengers sustained minor injuries.
