'Baseless': Iran denies involvement in Trump assassination plot

Iran has denied US allegations of an assassination plot against former President Donald Trump. The US Justice Department alleges an Iranian official directed a plan involving surveillance and assassination of Trump in October 2024. The plot also targeted journalist Masih Alinejad. Three men face charges including murder-for-hire and conspiracy.
