US-made weapons found in Jaffar Express hijack site, Washington Post claims

In a shocking revelation, US-made weapons were used in the Jaffar Express attack in Balochistan, according to a Washington Post report. The assault on the Peshawar-bound train, carrying 440 passengers, resulted in numerous hostages and a two-day security operation. An M4A1 carbine rifle, traced back to US forces in Afghanistan, was among the recovered weapons.
