Announced by UAE Prime Minister, Vice President, and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the day renews loyalty and unity. Residents must display the flag respectfully, following proper hanging guidelines, while schools and public spaces mark the 13th anniversary.
