Ajman has become the first UAE emirate to equip taxis and limousines with smart speed limiters. The devices automatically adjust speeds based on real-time location and local limits, from 50 kmph to 120 kmph, aiming to curb risky driving and improve passenger safety. The phased rollout links vehicles to a smart mapping system with continuous updates for precise, reliable control.
